Work It Out…Outdoors

Get out of the gym or yoga studio from time to time; try to create an unscripted workout outdoors. Walk on a beach, explore a nearby park or arboretum, or rake the leaves in your yard that will be falling even more rapidly now that the Fall weather is on its way in many states across the nation. Pay attention to the beauty you see and the senses you are able to get in touch with when you’re surrounded by nature. When you do this, you’ll be more acutely aware of the changing seasons and watch them unfold before your eyes. Take advantage of what will be some of the last few weeks of warmth before the cool weather comes to visit!
